It seems that the BIOS settings fot SATA3 might not be correctly set.
Refer to your motherboard's manual so as to see if:

1) SATA 3 is a regular SATA port. Some motherboards have built-in
RAID SATA ports and some can only be used with RAID settings ( SATA 3
and SATA 4 used to mirror drives.)

2) SATA to PATA emulation. Some motherboards have BIOS settings to
include SATA in the boot up sequence

3) Several SATA interface adapters / ports require a separate driver.

First I'd like to thank all of you for your quick answers, I've found so much
important information on it.
The problem was because of the Motherboard uses ULI 1573 chip which doesn't
support standard IDE mode on SATA port, I'd to download RAID Driver in a
floppy disk first and pressed F6 during windows installation to load the
drivers from it. and that solved the problem. I Appreciate all of you for
your time and have a nice day all..
