I pulled one from my closet yesterday to look. I noticed that that big
back door opens up to clear paper jam from the back. Perhaps you could
see something stuck to a roller back there, but it would be the ones
further in and not the those right in view. It could just be that the
rubber has swelled up and puts more pressure on the paper stack. I'd
get aggressive with the sandpaper as a last ditch effort.
