Sometimes when I receive mail replies in Outlook, parts of the original
message are in huge 100 point text size. The recipients tell me the messages
are received that way.
It's unprofessional, to say the least.

It couldbe that the sender has problems with his/her sight and so there
is nothing you can do. I have got problems with my sight but I manage
it by having specially adapted computer screen for me at my university.
