I'm installing a Netra 440. I had the OS up and stable, I changed an
rc2.d script, reboot the box and it never came up again. I doubt now
that it's the script causing the problems as I performed an identical
install on another box and it was OK (I later had to remove those
changes, but that's another story).

I am unable to bring up the box in any way. If I attempt to boot off of
the disk I get:
