No, no secret to it. Paste your complete HJT log in and click
submit. I just ran two HJT logs through it, one infected and one
clean, as a check and received the expected results for each.
You may have just hit a glitch, or found a bug. Perhaps you could
contact them through the web site and report your experience. I have
no affiliation with them.

Hi Marie,
So far, my copy of Netscape Navigator (v7.2, my primary browser) has not
become infected, which is why I did not detect the WinFixer infiltration on
IE earlier.

I'm going to try the newer versions of HJT and Java Runtime, but I don't
hold much hope. :(

I'm a web developer. Some scripts are often blocked or "disabled"
unnecessarilly when you haven't debugged them 100%. :(
