An example of what I mean is Mozilla Firefox. When the screen is minimized in
the task bar, in the minimized screen there is a small picture of the curled
red fox logo. I have also seen other small logos animated.

How do you make in FP 2003 a small logo like this? Thanks.

Its called a favicon. For more info; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Favicon
And you would not actually create the icon with FP.
