I have MS Intellipoint Laser Mouse 7000 V7.0 installed. I went to
install the latest update V7.1 and the following window update tagged
along without my knowledge or permission KB970158. It was strange
because it didn't come thru the normal windows update screen. I can't
find any information as to what it is. Microsoft doesn't even show a
description for this update. Some sort of driver. Anyway, I uninstalled
it from the update screen and my mouse cease to function. I subsequently
uninstalled V7.1 and went back to V7.0 and everything works again. I've
searched around and can't find what it is. Can anybody enlighten me?
