I have also faced similar issues.
The scenario is:
Video playing locally on WM device, and audio being routed to Stereo head-set / PC ( via Bluetooth). There is a noticeable delay (approx 500ms)!!

The parameters "MediaLowThreshold" and "MediaHighThreshold" under the AVDTP registry entry on the device side were changed, but to no effect.Can you suggest some other way to improve this scenario?

Also, is there any response from Microsoft?? I cant see any on the forum though!
