Hi I am using MS Outlook 2010 beta with a IMAP/SMTP type account and I am finding that all the emails I download and read are staying on my webmail server account. I cannot find a setting option anywhere to "delete server copy" Can someone please help me Thanks

You can't, (and never could) because that's how IMAP works. That's the whole
POINT of an IMAP account, that you can access all your mail folders from any
computer. A bit like Exchange but without the Calendar and Tasks bit. If you
don't want to keep messages on the server automatically, then you must
change to a POP mail account.
Otherwise move the messages to a local storage folder and set Outlook to
purge on exit.

That's how IMAP works. When you delete them in outlook they'll be deleted
off the server.
