I am using Outlook 2007 withj windows 7... reveived an uprade for windows 7
and now my eamil is getting stuck in the out box, one did get sent after 7
hours.

Not sure if you are still having an issue since a question wasn't posted,
but http://www.howto-outlook.com/faq/messagestuckinoutbox.htm should help
you clear "stuck" items in the outbox.

Is the box checked to send immediately when connected? (This checkbox is at
Tools | Options | Mail setup tab if my memory serves me right.)

The other thing to keep in mind is when something doesn't send
immediately... was the item sent from another application and is Outlook
open at the time of that other application sending something via e-mail.
