Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1 Security Update for Windows 2000,
Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008, Windows 7, and Windows Server
2008 R2 (KB953297) will not install (fails). Never the less it continues to
appear as an update on a regular basis. What could be the problem and how do
I correct it?
