I read the following tweet on twitter. I have happily used nested views in
MsAccess, but I have been dealing with dataset <100,000 records. Are nested
views always "bad"?

"Another happy client. Removed SQL nested views from an app and they can't
believe how much quicker the app is running. Nested views are bad."
