Is there a way to add a dialog box that says "do y'all really want to
close Outlook" when I click on the XClose?
I have a habit of clicking on the X instead of the -Minimize.
TIA

Possiblty with VBA, but for the VBA challenged, there is another way.
See http://www.outlook-tips.net/archives/2004/20040907.htm for the
method.

Click on the taskbar button instead to minimize Outlook.

I don't have access to Outlook on this machine so I can't test this but
if you leave a message in your outbox addressed to nobody, Outlook
should prompt you to "Exit without sending" when you shut it down.

Great habit for me to get into. Simple, yet totally effective. Thanks
