I am using Office 2007 and windows XO. TYhe screen resolution is 1280 x 1024.
Why are the icons still solarge? Is there a way of reducing the size so they
appear like my other computer using Office 2007 and vista?

Which icons?, the default installation of 2007 doesnt place any icons on the
desktop
