We have a user that has created a power point presentation that has embedded
word documents (In Office 2007 but saved as 2003). After saving the file he
uploaded it to a SharePoint document library. The presentation opens fine
but the embedded document does not open. The presentation opens in Read Only
mode; if opened by the user or an administrator in Edit mode, the embedded
document will open.

Is there anything that must be done to allow the embedded document top open
while the presentation is opened as Read Only?
