Was working in MS Access 2003 on a Form when I received an Out of Memory
message. It stated that it could not save any changes. SO I close it down and
restart access, still no good, rebooted PC, Access is running but I can not
the Form I was working on, everything else open fine. It will not open to
view or design.

Is there a way to fix this, I have 6 hour of work in on this?

First thing to try is a Compact & Repair.

Tools-->Database Utilities --> Compact & Repair
