Often, new PCs come with a trial version of Office installed. If you install
a different Office suite without first uninstalling the trial, you cna get
this message. Make sure there's not a trial version of Office already
installed. If there is, uninstall Office 2003, uninstall the trial, and
reinstall Office 2003.
