I have shared my Task list with my paralegal and receptionist, but they are
not seeing my user-defined columns that I want displayed for this particular
task list. Can I get them to show up just as they are on mine without having
to recreate each column individually?

Create a custom view and assign it as the default view for the tasks folder.
