Somehow Facebook is able to add friends' birthdays to Outlook's calendar. It's
not something that I want cluttering up my calendar (it's bad enough as it is).

I can't find any add-in entries that could be doing this.

Anyone here familiar with Outlook and this particular issue? If so, how do I
stop Facebook adding entries to my calendar?

It isnt hard to do that. I have my Access database add entrys
to outlook, mostly just when warrantys are about to expire
in the hardware database etc.

Varys with which version of Outlook you are using.

There might be. One of them is "fbcal" which pops up and other tips on how to
import these dates into Outlook.

However, I haven't used any of these things. They just started happening.

And they don't say how to stop it from occuring.

I also plugged your search criteria into Google. Here is the result

http://www.google.com.au/search?hl=en&q=%22facebook+friends+birthday+into+outlook+calender%22&btnG=Search&meta=&aq=f&oq=

Sort of ironic, huh?

So, if anyone has any ideas I'd appreciate reading them.

Thanks.
