Windows 7 and Office 2007.
When I change the keyboard language using keyboard shortcuts (any
combination) Outlook will stop responding. A lot of Googling revealed that
this is caused by the Outlook Connector (which I use to access my Hotmail
account). Actually, without removing the Outlook connector, if I just
remove the Hotmail address from email account list, the problem disappears.

Anyone knows how old to get rid of this issue?

Since I don't change languages, I've never encountered this before. The first
thing I'd try is the Outlook Connector beta 14
(http://blogs.msdn.com/outlook/archive/2009/12/04/announcing-the-outlook-hotmail-connector-beta.aspx).
If that didn't work, I'd search on the Windows Live Solution Center
(http://windowslivehelp.com/).
