Hello,

P5PB-E/4L with ASMB3-SOL PLUS (V3), most recent firmware. Upon fresh
powercycling, the combination works fine.

1) However, doing warmstart or Ctrl+Alt+Delete, the blinking light on the
addon card vanishes and no more IPMI functionality is available.

=> Is this normal or should I return the card or mainboard?

2) Additionally, I have never seen the card resetting the PC when it hung
although the watchdog is enabled in the firmware.
