If the OP is using Picture Manager in a local session, there would not be a problem. If all else fails, one can always disconnect from the internet. One further note: The F1 exploit affects IEonly, and also only affects XP and earlier operating systems, as it uses a .HLP file, which is not used in Vista and Win7.
