Hi, Has anyone experienced this issue in PowerPoint 2007 with Windows XP ?

Steps to reproduce:

Launch Powerpoint
Close out of blank document that opens by using shortcut key (Ctrl + W)
Go to Powerpoint Office icon
Click Powerpoint Options

A message is displayed advising that an error has occured and that it will
close out of Powerpoint. If you click "Don't Send", Powerpoint restarts.

Environment:

Ms Office Enterprise 2007 SP2

Windows XP SP3

Doesn't repro here (Windows 7 though)

Do you have a default local default printer driver? (It can cause many
strange problems if not)

Could there be an AddIn looking for ActiveWindow or ActivePresentation?
