OS: Windows XP all patches and SPs loaded
APP: Outlook 2003 connecting to Exchange server using RPC over HTTP with
Basic Authentication

Problem: the Connect To dialog box will not remember my Username and will
not provide a drop down list of usernames so I have to type in the Username
every time I connect.

I understand that with Basic authentication I will always have to type in my
password but on other machines the connect to dialog box remembers my
username(s) and gives me a drop down box to choose from.
