Hi

Thanks for your reply....

The remote sessions just logs the user out. Eg You try to shadow copy a TS session to help a user out. YOu locate the session using TSADMIN. Right click to start the REmote Control session. You connect to the remote session and within seconds the remote sesion just logs the user out - and the user is back at the windows login screen. Any ideas? Nothing in the event logs nor any messages.

Thanks

Hi,

Just a clarification- Are you saying that the connected session just ends
when you log in to it?
If so, then please type the command "autologon /delete" from elevated
command prompt(command prompt in admin mode) in your machine that is getting
disconnected.

Please let us know for any more questions you might have.

Thanks
Divya
