Custom height and width will not customize to the height and width I want.

You may get an answer in a forum or newsgroup that deals with Picture Manager - FrontPage is for building websites. In FrontPage I would advise using a real image editor such as Photoshop, Irfanview or Paint Shop Pro to resize images.
