You can run it under VirtualPC 2007 or VMWare. You just need to
install XP as the Virtual O/S.

The NAV4SP3 you can download at PartnerSource today already includes the
mentioned hotfix, but if you downloaded it a long time ago it might not be
included. Great the Microsoft makes it easy for their Partners :-S
