Hello,
I'm getting a no perrmisions error:

C:\>smigrate -w http://myportal/myarea -f D:\backup\myarea.fwp

On portal i have administrator permisions, in computer i'm in local admins
group. Whats rong?

I've done anything considering article in KB

But nothing changes.

How to solve this problem?

I have the same problem. Smigrate will authenticate and grab the manifest
for some of the subwebs but for the majority it gives the 6553609 error.
