When trying to repair Sharepoint at about the 99% of the

repair it fails with message "Setup has encountered a

error and needs to close. 1920. The service SPSAdmin

(SPSAdmin) failed to start. Verify that you have

sufficient permissions and try again." I am logged in

with Domain Admin permissions.
