This is the error code I get:

stop: 0x0000000a (0xe1008fc4, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, 0x8065e7e6)

I have restored to past save points to no avail.

I have a memory.dmp file but I don't know what to do with it.

The more details you provide about your problem, the better your chances
are of getting an accurate answer.

All you've told us is that you have STOP error 0x0A. Here is information
