with a subject "Same issue" (same as what?)

Subjects that have specific meaning
will probably get more attention from hurried readers
than subjects that have no meaning (e.g. "a question" :)

What is the exception code?
What's been logged? (at the end of files "Eudora.log" and "Exception.log")

Have you examined a copy of file "filters.pce" using a text viewer?
