This KB article is irrelevant since, per my original posting, I have not
recieved an "Error 0x80072EE2," "Error 0x80072EE7," "Error 0x80072EFD,"
"Error 0x80072F76," or "Error 0x80072F78" error message trying to use the
Windows Update Web site.

Rephrasing my original post, ever so slightly, again, the ERRORS that i My
errors appear when I boot my PC and NOT when I visit the Windows Update
Website. They also appear after any rebooting. In short, the Windows
Update Website has nothing to do with the following errors that are recorded
in the Windows Update Log file . . .

Similar to item 2, this recent & related discussion is NOT applicable.

Thanks again, PA Bear.

As previously expected, MG, MVP, your suggestions were not applicable for
56K dialup users, and therefore did nothing to resolve the errors from the
ERRORS that appear when I boot my PC and NOT when I visit the Windows Update
Website.

They also appear after any rebooting. In short, the Windows Update Website
has nothing to do with the following errors that are recorded in the Windows
Update Log file . . .

2008-07-21 12:56:35:296 1008 400 Misc =========== Logging initialized

Thanks for trying.

What part of "ignore the title and Symptoms section, including the Errors"
don't you understand?

Instead of continuing to argue & reposting information, please open a free
