I don't know - IIRC, they used to boot a lot faster than modern PCs.

Go for an abacus!

maybe you find an old PONG Videogame and an old 14" CRT-TV set?

Given the devices you have available I'd say the breadbox-64 would fit
best. The recognition factor would be quite high esp because a lot
people know it even when they have never used one. And again please
attach a small CRT-TV. And a datasette maybe? Don't try to match the
colours - C64 systems where always thrown together from different
components because nobody could afford to by a full system in one go.
So it was alway's grandma's old kitchen TV + the 64 + a datasette + a
brand new floppy 1541-II which came as a present last christmas. Do
you have a CP/M cartridge maybe (to give it some kind of professional
touch)?

please take pictures and don't forget to post them!
