running Outlook '07. Instructions say after requesting a delivery receipt,
to go to the sent items and click on the sent msg. Then click on
Show/Tracking in the Msg tab. Show or Tracking do not appear under the Msg
tab. How do I access this feature?

Have you received any response to the e-mail? You have to receive at least
one response for the Tracking to kick in. Try sending yourself a copy as a
BCC.
