Sadly, the days when there was a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable chap
at the other end of the phone or email at UKFSN are long gone. Nowadays,
correspondence is more likely to be ignored.

Luckily there were plenty of other Entanet resellers to choose from when
I finally lost patience and abandoned UKFSN in spite of all the good will
they'd built up with me from the days when their customer service was
second to none.
