Where can I download urlscan 3.1 for windows 2008.

tried to download from http://www.iis.net/download/urlscan, but the download
now button is dimm.

I can see from your subsequent post that you've got past this step, but for
anyone else looking at this I think the button is dimm simply because that's
the style chosen for the site. The install button and links below it (x86 or
x64) all seem to work.
