getting following error after applied the url scan 3.1 on windows 2008, first
time setup the Urlscan, can someone advise what need to config in urlscan.ini
to solve this issue.

The error says clearly that the URL has been rejected due to a . in the
path. It doesn't like the "SG.report1" part of the URL.

how to allow in urlscan.ini ? it happened after installed the urlscan.

You need to look at DenyUrlSequences as that is where this is controlled.
