Unread message count in a public folder is not showing up

From: Bambi on 5 Feb 2010 10:01 The count for unread messages in the public folders are showing up except for one public folder. The count is visible to others but some users don't see the number though the messages are showing as unread. All users that don't see the count have Windows xp sp3. We have tried re-adding it to Favorites, creating a new Outlook profile, but to no avail. Any suggestions? |
