On a Win2k3 SP1, fully patched, I keep getting this error message:
Event ID: 12292
Volume Shadow Copy Service error: Error creating the Shadow Copy Provider
COM class with CLSID {65ee1dba-8ff4-4a58-ac1c-3470ee2f376a} [0x80080005].

Here's the kicker, when I look at the properties of drive C and and I click
on the Shadow Copy tab; the page doesn't display the usual information, so
after 20 minutes I get Error 0x8004230f on the Shadow Copies tab.

This same error message is preventing Veritas from properly backing up the
Shadow Copy components.
