I have tried following step for skipping message when file is opened, but
message is still pop up, and I get no clue,
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Automatic update and no message
To suppress the message and to automatically update the links when you open
a workbook in Excel 2002 or in Excel 2003, follow these steps:
On the Tools menu, click Options, and then click the Edit tab.
Click to clear the Ask to update automatic links check box.
