Trying to build sox-14.3.0 on a 6.2 system, I'm getting errors about
AVERROR_EOF being undefined. This is referenced in ffmpeg.c, and sox
builds OK if I build without ffmpeg support.

Anyone else had this problem? any quick fix please?
