Is it possible to set up an additional contact list ?

You can create as many Contact Folders as you wish. We have no idea what you
mean by "contact list." Outlook uses no such term, so you've made it up.

What I mean is can there be more than one list of names in 'Contacts'

There is no such construct as a "list of names" in a Contact Folder.
Try again. If you are trying to create a Distribution List, try File > New >
Distribution List. That's too easy to have been your question.
