how do I convert my outlook 2002 pst file on my XP pc to outlook 2007 on my
windows 7 laptop. thanks.
From: DL on
There is no conversion, you copy the pst to Documents folder on the Laptop,
within Outlook, File>Open>Data File...browse to this pst. (assumes you have
configured outlook)
Then copy data from this pst to the default set of Personal Folders

See http://www.slipstick.com/outlook/ansi-to-unicode.asp for your options -
you can't actually convert it but need to move the contents to a new pst.
