In Outlook Express there was a checkbox for each account that said something
like include this account when doing a send/receive. Is there a similar
option in Outlook?

Thanks,

Rick

that's send and receive settings - Ctrl+Alt+S, then Edit the existing
S/R group or New to create a new one.

Probably depends on WHICH version of Outlook that you use but you decide to
keep a secret in your post here.

In OL2003, go to Tools -> Send and Receive -> Send and Receive Settings ->
Define Send and Receive Groups, pick the group(s) that contain your
accounts, Edit the group, and pick the account(s) to decide if they are
included in a mail poll (and, if included, you can separately select if they
send, receive, or both).
