wHEN i GET A MESSAGE THAT HAS LOTS OF ADDRESSES IN "TO" LINE (OR CC OR BCC)
THESE NAMES/ADDRESSES GET ADDED TO MY ADDRESS BOOK. NOT MY CONTACT LIST, BUT
ADDRESS BOOK. I DON'T KNOW THESE PEOPLE FOR THE MOST PART, AND DON'T WANT
THEM IN THE ADDRESS BOOK. HOW CAN I DELETE THEM? I HAVE GTRIED A RIGHT
CLICK, LOOKING FOR A "DELETE" BUT IT ISN'T THERE.
THANKS IN ADVANCE

Turn off your Caps key.
There is no address book in Outlook. We have no idea what you mean by
"Contact List." Outlook does not and cannot add addresses to your Contacts
Folder nor even your autocompletion cache when you simply receive a message
despite your claim. It would add addresses to your autocompletion cache if
your used Reply All to a message sent to multiple recipients.
Repost your question with these facts in mind.
