programs that you haven't
used for a while.

but when you finally use those
program(s) that had their
files compressed,

windows will uncompress them
at the time you run the old
programs.

its simply a space saving
feature and doesn't imply
that the old files are obsolete,

just not regularly used by you
or windows..
