When I click on an email link in an Outlook message for some users on a
single computer, I receive an "Access denied" message. When I try to run
"mailto:" from the Windows XP Run line, I get "Windows cannot access the
specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate
permissions to access the item." The only user this works for is the one I
installed Outlook under. Any suggestions?
