To find out about your Version simply watch the splash screen as the
application opens or click on Help > About.

Note there is no such thing as Express 2003.

As somebody has already pointed out, there is no such things as Express 2003
but there is something called Outlook Express version 6. Please confirm if
this is what you are actually talking about or were you just passing time on
Saturday afternoon on these newsgroups after hearing your football team has
lost once again?

Do you have a microphone turned on and speech loaded? That is a frequent
cause of cursors jumping around and other unexpected behavior.
