there is a problem with the proxy server's security certificate.

Outlook is unable to connect to the proxy server bla.bla.com.
(Error Code 20).


please i couldn't access my outlook account and i have a lot of emails from the work i need quick help.

i searched about different solutions but i couldn't understand them i need clear explaining how to solve this issue.
