If you've got someone on your payroll who's spending his or her day
surfing the web, and then trying to cover it up, software is not the
solution.

true, but look at this way, my boss this young fresh grad just need a bit
help to discipline herself

if she turns around with a bit software help, it's worthwhile for her and
company


There is other performance metrics anyways

There's a part of your company that deals with people who spend too
much time on the web. It's called HR. Let them deal with her.
